You want the «remove-vmnetworkadapter» cmdlet in PowerShell. Merely looking at Device Manager will only allow you to add or remove device drivers from «devices» in the machine, where in this case the device is virtual.
If you want a list of the virtual NICs that are exposed to the management OS (which is what you’re showing above) you can use this command:
Then you can find the ones that you don’t want and delete them with remove-vmnetworkadapter. Once the virtual switch stops reporting them as NICs in the machine, they’ll disappear from Device Manager.

How to remove Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapters (vEthernet) ?
I was recently testing Hyper-V and VMware Workstation Pro on my Windows 10 Pro Laptop . After deciding to only use VMware I removed the Hyper-V feature however, for no reason the Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapters (vEthernet) will not be uninstalled or deleted. Its becoming a problem now since it is randomly conflicting with my VMware Virtual Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Ethernet Adapters by continuously dropping my network connections.
After continuous attempts of disabling and uninstalling the devices from device manager>network adapters it always re appears. Further research recommended to remove the Sandbox and Linux Subsystem for Linux (WSL) features. This also did not work. I also tried several PowerShell commands to disable the NetAdapter and the NetAdapterBindings unfortunately this did not resolve the issue.

Visual studio 2013 Update 4 just installed on my PC, I’m not sure why but I guess it was an automatic update from Unreal Engine 4 SDK?
The problem I have though is it killed my Ethernet and made my whole PC unresponsive unless I unplugged the Ethernet cable. So I uninstalled the 30 odd things that update installed on my PC and I have it working when my Ethernet Port and Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter #2 are enabled, but I cannot find out how to uninstall this and get my PC back to normal.
On my Ethernet port under properties everything is unticked but a new option "Hyper-V Extensible virtual Switch" and on "Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter #2" everything is ticked but "Hyper-V Extensible virtual Switch" and "Microsoft Networkd Adapter Multiplexor Protocol".
My internet is now coming through Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter #2 and my Ethernet Port is saying No Internet Access.
I’ve clicked uninstall several times and restarted but it just wont go away and return to normal.

В Диспетчере устройств удалил, в сетевых подключения вот такая картина
Попытка удалить так Remove-VMSwitch «QoS Switch»
